This is the single contact channel for support, billing, privacy requests, privacy complaints, legal notices and security reports. Please use the subject line that best matches your message so we can route it correctly.
Support
Subject: Support
We aim to provide a human response to support escalations within 24 hours. This is a service target, not a guaranteed response time. Automated acknowledgements or routing may occur before a person responds.
Privacy requests
Subject: Privacy request
You may request access, correction, export, deletion or a learning opt-out. We acknowledge a request within five business days and complete our applicable steps within 35 days, subject to a lawful exception or a shorter mandatory deadline. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate client records with the relevant adviser firm.
Privacy complaints
Subject: Privacy complaint
We acknowledge a privacy complaint within five business days and provide a written outcome within 30 days. If a complaint genuinely cannot be completed within 30 days, we explain why before the deadline, give a revised date and provide material updates. A complaint does not delay an underlying access, correction, export or deletion request beyond its own timeframe.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
Subject: Billing
Use the online account process to cancel a subscription. Seat changes are handled through support. Email us if you need billing or cancellation assistance. Plan, renewal, cancellation and refund rules are explained at /refunds.
Security reports
Subject: Urgent security report
Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account access, an exposed credential or another security incident involving Saywell. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, payment credentials or unnecessary client information in the email.
Legal notices
Subject: Legal notice
Send contractual and legal notices to [email protected]. Notices to a customer are sent to the customer’s recorded account email as provided in the Adviser Terms.
